For packed days
Strength between class & work.
BusyFit fits short strength sessions into the gaps in your week. Your iPhone counts the reps, and the app stays quiet when you're busy.
iPhone, iOS 17 or later.
Two different movements counted by the camera earn the day. Logged work still counts toward your stats.
Why strength
A few minutes is far better than none.
BusyFit isn't a replacement for a full program. Keep your gym, your sport, your runs. It's the minimum that keeps you moving on the days they don't happen.
- Muscle-strengthening is linked to a 10–17% lower risk of dying early, including from heart disease and cancer. Most of the benefit came at 30–60 minutes a week, about five minutes a day.
- Short movement breaks during long stretches of sitting lowered blood sugar and insulin after meals in a controlled study.
- Strength training helps protect bone density with age, and with balance work reduces falls in older adults by about a quarter.
- It cut sports injuries to under a third in controlled trials.

How it works
Built around your calendar, not the other way round.
Tell it your week
Mark class and work as no-workout time, add quick-move windows like a lunch break, and say where you have space. Check-ins never land in quiet hours.
Prop up your phone
Your iPhone follows your shoulders, hips and knees to count full reps. Video is processed on the device and never saved or uploaded. You can always correct a count yourself.
Earn the day
Two different exercises counted by the camera earn a streak day. Days you marked unavailable don't break it. Snooze, skip or do exercises in any order.
Private by design
No account. No ads. No tracking.
- Your workouts and history are saved on your iPhone, and you can export them any time.
- Camera frames are analyzed on the device as you move and are never stored or sent anywhere.
- Payments go through Apple. We never see your card or your Apple ID.
